Rytons A1® Fire-rated 9×3 AirLiner® Cross-cavity Sleeve

General Details

Features and Benefits:

  • A tailor-made 9×3 cross-cavity AirLiner® sleeve.  Available with or without a Rytons A1® Fire-rated Metal Single Air Brick at one end or both ends.
  • Made from Class A1 fire-rated galvanised steel and compliant with regulations for the requirement of non-combustible ducting in the external walls of high-rise buildings over 18m (11m in Scotland) and those 11m and above undergoing unsafe cladding remediation work.
  • Three air brick grille styles satisfy the varying design, airflow, and vent placement requirements of buildings.  For cladding, flanged options cover cut edges to maintain the external appearance.
  • Air bricks provide high air flows whilst maintaining low resistance.
  • Custom powder coated air brick.  Choose from the RAL Classic colour chart in matt, semi-gloss or gloss finish (achieving Class A2-s1, d0) for an air brick that matches cladding or brickwork. Signature architectural coatings are also available.
  • Built-in weather protection.  Drainage holes in the air brick provide discreet water outlets, and louvred styles feature angled grilles to promote runoff, reducing the risk of water transfer into the duct.
  • Brick size for easy installation using standard mortar joints for a neat appearance in brickwork.

  • No on-site assembly required.
  • AirLiner® sleeve supplied with factory fixed joints and seals.

  • Telescopic fitting air brick allows the overall length of the AirLiner® to be extended during installation giving the flexibility to handle minor variations in the external façade.
